(e) Procedures. Departments and agencies must centrally collect information submitted in accordance with the clause at FAR 52.223-9 for reporting to the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Installations and Environment). The information is collected in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS).
