625.202 Exceptions.

(a)

(1) The authority to make the determination prescribed in FAR 25.202(a)

(1) is delegated, without power of redelegation, to the head of the contracting activity.

625.204 Evaluating offers of foreign construction material.

(b) The head of the contracting activity is the agency head for the purposes of FAR 25.204(b).
